Meeting of Aviation and Tourism Industry Representatives from BiH and Greece

Yesterday in Sarajevo was held a meeting of aviation and tourism industry representatives from BiH and Greece to discuss a possibility of establishing the air service between BiH and Greece, as well as development of touristic, trade and economic relations between the two countries.

The air service Athens – Sarajevo would mean a lot both to BiH citizens and travel agents beacuse it would enable not only direct touristic visits but also transfer flights from Athens to other destinations – said the director of the Sarajevo International Airport, Mr. Ivan Veličan.
The mutual interest was confirmed by the Greek Ambassador in BiH Mr. Karolos Gadis who emphasized that BiH and Greece are friendly countries with a lot of possibilities for improvement of their economic and touristic relations. He added that the mentioned air service is very important to both countries and that in that sense Greece is open for all options.
